Responsibilities

  • Develop Agent applications for the company's smart fitness devices; track the latest research in AI foundation models and apply it to real projects.
  • Resolve business and technical issues encountered by the system; independently complete performance optimization and troubleshooting.
  • Work closely with product and business teams to understand requirements and logic, and land AI technology in real scenarios to deliver business value.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Java/Python development experience; experience with key-module development and architecture design in large projects.
  • Experience in foundation-model application development; familiar with agent design and implementation; able to quickly build Agent applications.
  • Solid Java skills; understanding of JVM principles; strong Java IO, multithreading, and networking abilities.
  • Familiar with relevant open-source frameworks and their internals; familiar with LangChain, LangGraph, etc.
  • Familiar with RDB, NoSQL, MQ, RPC, and other middleware, with years of development experience.
  • Passionate about R&D with strong fast-learning ability; focus on code quality with good software-engineering and coding-standard awareness.
  • Good communication, clear thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork; good stress tolerance; positive attitude; able to integrate into the team proactively.
